Sofitel Sydney’s Nathan Brown took home the award for concierge of the year and said he was honoured to receive the recognition
NSW Accommodation Awards for Excellence are recognised as the most prestigious hospitality and tourism awards, honouring the achievement of excellence in a wide range of categories in the accommodation industry.
The 2023 Awards Ceremony was a landmark event, as newly formed peak industry body Accommodation Australia NSW gathered for the first time to celebrate the state’s accommodation superstars.

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour’s Nathan Brown took home the award for concierge of the year and said he was honoured to receive the recognition.
