Discovery Parks lands 100 holiday parks
The acquision of four more parks cements Discovery Parks position as Australia's largest provider of regional accommodation.
G’day Group has announced it is acquiring four parks taking their Discovery Parks network to more than 100 locations, cementing its position as Australia’s largest regional accommodation provider, and setting its sights on doubling in size by 2031.
The acquisition represents a more than $40 million investment by Discovery Parks, spanning purchase and upgrade of assets. Up to $250 million is planned for investment each year in regional Australia through further acquisitions and significant investment in flagship properties including Discovery Parks in Byron Bay, Bargara, Woodman Point, Canberra, and Cradle Mountain.
The recent acquisition of four Breeze Holiday Parks in regional Victoria, the Northern Territory and Western Australia are expected to contribute more than $50 million in annual economic benefit and support over 420 full-time jobs.

G’day Group, majority owned by Australian Retirement Trust (ART), has continued to expand its national footprint with the support of one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds.
ART’s General Manager Mid-Risk Assets, Michael Weaver, congratulated G’day Group on its 100-park milestone.

The new Discovery Parks holiday parks were previously operated by Breeze Holiday Parks, and will be acquired in August 2026, bringing the total number of Discovery Parks and Resorts to 101 nationwide.
The properties will be rebranded under the Discovery Parks brand as:
- Discovery Parks – Halls Gap
- Discovery Parks – Grampians
- Discovery Parks – Katherine River
- Discovery Parks – West Busselton
