Accor signs Novotel for Nova Rêve, Castle Hil
Accor expands its Greater Sydney pipeline through a new partnership with Reve Group, bringing Novotel to the Nova Rêve precinct in Castle Hill
Accor has signed an agreement with Reve Group to operate Novotel Sydney Castle Hill, a new hotel within the Nova Rêve mixed-use precinct in Castle Hill.
Scheduled to open in early 2029, the hotel will have 143 guest rooms, restaurants, cafes and bars, including elevated dining with district views. It will also feature a fitness centre, pool, and conference and event facilities.
The signing reflects growing confidence in Sydney’s north-west, where investment in transport, commercial, residential and lifestyle infrastructure is transforming the region. Within walking distance of Castle Towers and Castle Hill Metro Station, the hotel is expected to serve business and leisure travellers, conference delegates and project teams.

The hotel is being developed by Reve Group, a Hills District-based developer with more than 30 years’ experience delivering residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney.

Nova Rêve will comprise 253 apartments across three towers, reaching 23 levels at its tallest point. Plans also include more than 1,600 square metres of ground-level shops and cafes, and almost an acre of landscaped communal gardens. Architecture and interiors are by Turner, with landscape design by Land and Form Studios.

The signing comes as mixed-use developments gain momentum across the Pacific, bringing accommodation, dining, meeting and event spaces into precincts designed for residents, visitors and local businesses.
