Australia’s leading hotel and accommodation industry conference Maximum Occupancy Australia has announced its first line-up of speakers for the 2025 Melbourne event.

AccomNews can reveal that for the first time in its 11-year history, Maximum Occupancy will be held in Melbourne, marking the third and final instalment of the 2025 conference series after successful events in Sydney and Perth.

First Speakers Announced

The first confirmed speakers represent a powerhouse mix of global hotel groups, leading travel brands, and forward-thinking disruptors shaping the sector’s future. They include:

Conference Director Adrian Caruso said Melbourne was the perfect host city for the final conference of 2025.

“After Sydney and Perth, we’re thrilled to bring Maximum Occupancy to Melbourne for the very first time. With such a strong speaker line-up already confirmed, we’re expecting another sell-out event,” Mr Caruso said.
