Revinate appoints Nick Ellis as Australia Country Director to drive APAC growth

Nick’s credibility as a hotelier and deep knowledge of the region’s unique dynamics make him a powerful advocate for customers.

Revinate, hospitality’s leading direct booking platform, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of respected hotelier Nick Ellis as Australia Country Director.

Nick, who will report to newly appointed APAC Head of Sales Jeff Hoh, brings more than 25 years of senior hospitality experience from brands including Accor, Ovolo, Spicers Retreats, and Salter Brothers Hospitality. His career spans roles from General Manager through to COO, Head of Revenue, and Director of Innovation, where he has led hotel brand launches, digital transformation programs, and commercial growth strategies.

Importantly, Nick has also been a former Revinate customer, giving him first-hand knowledge of the platform’s ability to deliver results.

“Revinate helped us connect with guests in smarter, more meaningful ways and drive clear commercial results,” Nick told AccomNews. “I’m passionate about helping hoteliers discover the power of their own data to improve performance and profitability. The future of hospitality is personal, and Revinate enables that at scale.”

Alongside his new role, Nick continues to serve as Deputy Chair of Queensland’s peak tourism body, representing the state’s $35 billion visitor economy and shaping tourism policy. He also acts as a senior judge for the Queensland Tourism Awards.
