Sydney developer William O’Dwyer’s Ralan Group is to start construction in October on the four-tower complex to replace the Paradise Resort in Surfers Paradise acquired by the group for $75 million last March.
Named Ruby two of the towers, reaching 30 and 60 storeys, will have almost 700 apartments around a village green. There will be two towers of 44 and 48 levels on a site immediately south of the Paradise Resort.
The 60-storey tower has been designed by DBI and will sit above a two-level podium featuring shop, cafe, wine bar, beauty salon and family restaurant with 477 apartments plus two four-bedroom penthouses above. The other tower will have 222 apartments and 13 street front townhouses.
