The Mantra Group has created a new position of group food and beverage manager for Peppers, BreakFree and Mantra.
The inaugural role is being filled by former qualia general manager Scott Robertson. Prior to his role on Hamilton Island, Scott has held senior positions with Sheraton Resorts in Fiji and Port Douglas.
