Developed with Australian content agency Weld Stories, Quest to see Australia harnesses Quest’s national network and the local knowledge of its business owners and hotel teams to help travellers discover more of the country.
At the heart of the campaign is a digital travel hub featuring search-optimised road-trip itineraries spanning metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. The itineraries connect multiple Quest properties around travel themes and interests, with recommendations on where to eat, drink and explore.
The platform brings inspiration and conversion together by connecting the itineraries with Quest’s multi-stop booking capability, enabling travellers to reserve accommodation at several Quest properties through a single booking.
It is supported by hero films, social videos, carousels, static creative and creator collaborations, along with a campaign toolkit that enables individual Quest properties to develop locally relevant content within a consistent national framework.

The Content Marketing Institute recognised the campaign’s combination of evergreen, SEO-led travel content, authentic local storytelling, scalable creative assets and direct integration with Quest’s booking proposition.
Anthea Dimitrakopoulos, General Manager – Brand, Digital and ESG, Quest Apartment Hotels, said: “Quest to see Australia was built around a simple idea – the people who live and work in a destination are often the best people to help you experience it.
“Our business owners and hotel teams have an extraordinary depth of local knowledge. This platform turns that knowledge into useful and inspiring travel content, while making it easy for guests to plan and book a journey across multiple destinations.
“To receive this international recognition is a wonderful endorsement of the strategy, creativity and collaboration behind the campaign. We’re incredibly proud to share this win with Shannon, Jess and the Weld Stories team.”
Shannon O’Meara, Founder and Managing Director of Weld Stories, said: “Quest to see Australia demonstrates what can happen when content is treated as a long-term brand and business platform, rather than a standalone campaign.
“Together, we created an owned content world that is inspiring, practical and unmistakably Quest. It connects national reach with genuine local knowledge and gives travellers a compelling reason to explore more of Australia.”

The international accolade adds to a significant run of recognition for Quest in 2026.
Six Quest properties were ranked among Australia’s top 10 hotels in Tripadvisor’s 2026 Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Awards. Quest Orange ranked third, followed by Quest Robina at number five, Quest Docklands at number six, Quest Perth Ascot at number seven, Quest St Kilda Road at number eight and Quest Singleton at number nine.
Quest was also named overall Franchisor of the Year at the 2026 Franchise Industry Awards. The company additionally received Franchisor of the Year – 51+ Units and Excellence in Equality, Sustainability and Governance, winning the latter category for the second consecutive year.
Quest operates more than 160 properties across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, combining the reach of a major accommodation network with the knowledge and commitment of locally invested business owners.
