Guests at Tasman Holiday Parks Racecourse Beach can enjoy the best of both worlds, with a brand-new private spa precinct now officially open at the popular NSW South Coast holiday park.
The new retreat features four private outdoor hot tubs, tucked among landscaped gardens and native greenery, creating a secluded space for guests to slow down, unwind and soak up the natural surroundings.

Designed to feel like a natural extension of the coastal landscape, the precinct combines timber decking, built-in seating, outdoor showers and privacy screening, with lush planting creating a sense of seclusion without disconnecting guests from the outdoors.
Each of the four circular hot tubs measures 3.5 metres in diameter, providing space for couples, friends or solo soakers to settle in after a day exploring the South Coast.

Whether it’s an early morning soak, an afternoon wind-down after a day at the beach or an evening under the stars, the new facilities give guests another way to enjoy a slower side of the Racecourse Beach experience.

Tasman Holiday Parks CEO Nikki Milne said the new spa precinct reflects the company’s ongoing investment in Racecourse Beach, its commitment to enhancing the guest experience and its role in supporting regional tourism.
“Racecourse Beach has long brought people together to enjoy a great holiday in a beautiful natural setting. The new spa precinct builds on that experience, giving guests even more ways to relax and recharge while creating new reasons for visitors to explore the region and support local businesses. By continuing to invest in unique experiences that bring together hospitality and the traditional holiday park offering, we’re helping to grow the local visitor economy while supporting local contractors, jobs and opportunities for the community,” Ms Milne said.

The new spa precinct is the latest in a series of investments designed to elevate the guest experience at Racecourse Beach, while contributing to the region’s continued growth as a holiday destination.
Over the past two years, the park has introduced a range of new and upgraded facilities, including a heated resort-style pool and waterslides, new evergreen camp kitchen, outdoor cinema precinct and recreation room, alongside its direct access to Racecourse Beach.
Together, they offer something for the whole crew. From kids looking to make a splash and families wanting an action-packed getaway to couples and adults looking for a little more time to themselves.
