A hospitality leader who has spent a decade with Marriott International, Keith brings extensive experience in luxury resort operations, team leadership and property transformation to the role. His appointment marks an important milestone as Emirates Wolgan Valley, a Ritz-Carlton Lodge prepares to open in 2027, with Keith leading the team in establishing The Ritz-Carlton’s renowned service and hospitality in this distinctive Australian setting.

With over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Keith has held various positions across the globe, spanning Singapore, China, India, France, Hong Kong and Malaysia. In Thailand, he joined the Marriott International team as General Manager of the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa in Thailand, where he led the property through a renovation while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and associate engagement. Keith returned to Australia in 2020 to lead Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast as General Manager.
