The renowned Season restaurant at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa at Kingscliff has welcomed a new restaurant manager.
Michelle Fuller joins Season as the acclaimed establishment celebrates its first birthday. Beginning her hospitality career 17 years ago after studying Cooks Training at Camosun College in Canada, Michelle’s managerial abilities have taken her to many locations including Vancouver Canada, Sydney and the Gold Coast. Michelle has also found herself managing within many five star hotels, including the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, Palazzo Versace Hotel and Sheraton Resort & Spa.
