Spicers Retreats, Hotels and Lodges has appointed Andrew Adams-Smith as general manager of Spicers Peak Lodge.
Andrew has acute working knowledge of property management – he has worked in every department in a hotel – so he understands how to meet and exceed guests’ expectations.
His first job was as a staff cook in a five-star hotel but he eventually found his niche in small luxury properties and has since managed three properties prior to his appointment.
