Corner CBD hotel up for sale
Sydney’s 18th century iconic and centrally located CBD Republic Hotel is on the market with leading Ray White Hotels broker Andrew Jolliffe.
The Republic Hotel, currently owned and operated by the Ryan family was fully refurbished in 2002 and Mr Jolliffe says the sale of The Republic Hotel is the first time in many years a freehold hotel of such quality has been brought to the market.
