Digital Harbour (Holdings) has been granted approval for a complex in Melbourne’s Docklands.
It will include a 4½-star, 176-room hotel, 360 apartments, a 200-seat restaurant, conference centre, pool, gym and 255 car parking spaces on the 4.4ha site.
The new complex will be designed by architects Moull Murray.
