LaSalle Investment Management has put the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth up for sale.
The freehold CBD hotel has 436 guest rooms, two F&B outlets, substantial conference and meeting facilities, a club lounge and business centre.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels & Hospitality Group and McVay Real Estate have been appointed to sell the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, which subject to a management agreement with Accor Asia Pacific. The property is the flagship Sofitel in Australia.
Expressions of interest for the sale of the hotel close on 21 March.
