Broadbeach low rise acquired by developer

Development company Queensland Ave, owned by Jason Kennedy and Kazumi Nakagawa, have acquired the four-storey Antigua apartment in Broadbeach for $4.5 million.

The 1323m² site can accommodate a 35-storey tower. It was sold by Canadian property group Brookfield as part of its sell off of Thakral Holdings assets. The deal was negotiated by Lachlan Harris of CBRE.
