Brisbane’s Victory Hotel has been put on the market by the Precision Group but Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group still has 12 years to run. It’s that lease that should make it an attractive proposition for investors, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, which is handling the sale in conjunction with Savills.
“We are expecting solid interest from local and national investors looking for a quality investment with attractive holding income,” said Jones Lang LaSalles’ Lachlan Asprey.
Fire destroyed the pub in 2008 and was rebuilt by Precision Group which paid $22 million for the pub in 2005.
