M on Mary
Michael Kim is the manager of Brisbane’s newest luxury apartment hotel, M on Mary. Built in January 2008, M on Mary is an impressive 43 levels with 200 one-, two- (subject to availability) and three-bedroom apartments. Michael has been at the property for six months.
He left the finance industry to enter into a family run management rights business.
In the two years M on Mary has been operating, it has quickly established itself as one of Brisbane’s premium apartment complexes.

All one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas cook top, under bench oven, microwave, dishwasher and an upright fridge/freezer. The apartments have full length built-in robe mirror doors, shower over a deep bath, hair dryer and full laundry facilities including washer, dryer and iron located in the bathroom.
The one-bedroom apartment includes a separate study whilst the three-bedroom features two bathrooms and a spa bath. All of the apartments have river or city views, wireless broadband Internet access and apartments with balconies are available on request.
All of M on Mary rooms are available for a short term stay with the minimum being 28 days. The rate includes weekly service clean, linen change, utilities such as gas, water and electricity, pay television, guest amenities and car parking.
The landmark building is home to a plethora of facilities from leisure to retail. Guest can enjoy the 20m heated outdoor lap pool with sun deck, adjoining barbeque entertainment area, fully equipped gymnasium and sauna.
The two ground floors of the building are retail space and house three restaurants and a health club.
There is Han Woo RI Korean restaurant; Madison Bar Club and Karaoke that is perfect for a couple of drinks and karaoke entertainment; Café M70 for coffee and cake and the state-of-the-art Davinci Health Club equipped with sauna, hot spa bath, cold pool and toiletries.
Other guest facilities include wireless Internet, limited car parking, electronic swipe card entry for doors and lifts, 5am to 11.30 pm reception, business services and same day laundry and dry cleaning services.
Located on Mary Street in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, M on Mary is within walking distance of the Treasury Casino, Queen Street Mall and Botanic Gardens.
