Chef to the Stars at Manor House
Peppers Manor House has a new addition to the Katers Restaurant kitchen, executive chef Twan Wijers.
Born in Holland, Twan progressed in his career to work around the great restaurants of The Netherlands, before travelling and working throughout Australia, the South Pacific, South East Asia and New Zealand, where he worked at the world renowned Huka Lodge for five years as executive chef. He then moved to Australia to take on the challenge for four years as executive chef at Hamilton Island’s five-star Beach Club resort. Having cooked for the likes of the Rolling Stones, Tina Turner and royalty, Twan will now bring his talents to the tables at Katers.
