Finbar Leads WA Residential Growth
Completion is slated for this month on the $87 million, 114-apartment Pelago West (pictured) – Finbar’s high-rise apartment complex in the heart of Western Australia’s Karratha, the 18th busiest airport in Australia.
And Finbar is already talking about the next stage, the larger Pelago East with 178 apartments planned.
In Perth, Finbar has two major projects that will form the base of its earnings for the year. The $108 million Fairlanes apartment complex has 128 units due for completion this month. The second is the $20.5 million 18 on Plain, which has been completed. Finbar’s Times 2 was completed in last year with 200 apartments.
