New Marriott Head Returns to Gold Coast
The Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa has a new general manager, Neeraj Chadha (pictured) who is returning to the Gold Coast after holding various hotel managerial positions at five-star properties overseas.
Neeraj has spent several years with Hilton International where he was regional general manager in India and he will now take on the roles of director Australia and general manager of Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa.
In 2004, Neeraj joined Marriott International as general manager of Goa Marriott Hotel. During his tenure, he was recognised for the contribution he made to the growth of Marriott in India and received the Spirit to Serve Award in 2004, the Sales Leadership Award in 2005, the Associate Excellence Award in the same year and the Leadership Excellence Award in 2006.
