Rendezvous refurbishes to catch more MICE
Rendezvous Hospitality Group has announced major refurbishments to its Melbourne and Perth properties that will see the two hotels transform into MICE Meccas.
Announced at the AIME last week, Rendezvous said its Melbourne refurbishment program included an upgrade of its meeting facilities, food and beverage venues as well as a name change from Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne to Rendezvous Grand Hotel.
Featuring over 22 conference rooms for up to 330 delegates as well as 1100m² of meeting and conference space over two levels, the company said the new and updated facilities will “cement the hotel as the smart choice for the MICE market”.
Meanwhile the Perth property is installing technological advances into the hotel along with over 2400m² of refreshed conference space, 14 meetings rooms and two grand ballrooms.
With completion due by the end of this year, Mr Teng said, “Our superb facilities and upgraded rooms and suites, combined with such a unique location opposite one of Perth’s most magnificent beaches is a compelling offer.”
