Beadel Moves From Christchurch to Melbourne
Holiday Inn Melbourne on Flinders has appointed Garry Beadel as the new hotel manager.
Prior to joining the Holiday Inn Melbourne on Flinders team, Garry was the executive assistant manager and rooms division manager of Crowne Plaza Christchurch where he demonstrated exemplary leadership during the Christchurch earthquakes. As part of his career development with InterContinental Hotels Group, Garry was also the brand service consultant for New Zealand in the roll out of the Holiday Inn Stay Real, Be You training across Australasia.
Garry commenced his career in hotel operations in 1988 at Gardens Parkroyal Queenstown where he worked as duty manager. In 1995 Garry was promoted to reception supervisor and was transferred to Gagudju Crocodile Hotel in the Northern Territory.
