One of the Hunter Valley’s best known hotels, the Peppers Guest House Hunter Valley, has been listed for sale. The historic home of Peppers lies in the picturesque Hunter Valley at Peppers Guest House, the first and original Peppers property that opened in 1984.  The concept of a contemporary style guesthouse offering relaxation in luxury surrounds with fine wine and gourmet dining was an instant success and remain the defining elements at the core of Peppers Retreats today.

The original Homestead has just completed a $25,000 upgrade offering the finest venue for small groups and incentives in the region. The delightfully restored Homestead is situated within the grounds of Peppers Guest House and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a main dining room ideal as a board room for up to 10 people or for a unique cocktail venue for up to 100 people. This private space boasts a large open fireplace and exudes classic ambience making the house perfect for hosting private functions.

Other venues include the Tallawanta Room complete with outdoor terrace for up to 120 people Theatre Style and the Hunter Room, perfect for medium sized groups of 60 people offering rural scenic views.

To complement the traditional guest house features, the property has just completed a refresh of all rooms adding a touch of modern conveniences with iPod docking stations now installed throughout all 48 rooms and suites.
