IHG has announced the appointment of Emma Thiessen to the role of human resources manager – Victoria. Emma joins IHG from Crown Melbourne where she held the position of training manager, hotels and retail, fulfilling a maternity leave role.
Previous to this, Emma worked as a generalist human resources manager across a range of industries including retail and hospitality. She has also operated as the principal in the start up of her own company.
