ALH Acquire six More Hotels
Woolworths owned Australian Leisure and Hospitality has acquired six more NSW hotels from the de Angelis group and Waugh family. The takeover cost is believed to be $125 million and has Australian Competition and Consumer Commission approval.
The hotels include Summer Hill Hotel, Gymea Hotel, Blue Cattle Dog in St Clair and Toongabbie Hotel. Ray White Hotels director Andrew Jolliffe has been negotiating on behalf of the vendors for more than a year.
