Manly Pacific promotes exec chef

As the hotel prepares to launch its newly refurbished conference venues, the Novotel Manly Pacific has appointed a new executive chef, Ryan Dawson.

Ryan was previously the hotel’s sous chef and proved an integral team member who introduced new menus in both Charlie Bar and Zali’s Restaurant.
He joined the Novotel Manly Pacific from the esteemed Cottage Point Inn Restaurant as sous chef and before that had successfully worked with some of the top restaurants on the Northern Beaches. During his career, Ryan was the director of the very successful Dalkeith Management services; and owner, manager and chef for Consummate Catering Co, which included the Peninsula Restaurant and Bayview Golf Club. He has also previously owned and operated the successful Sugar Palm Restaurant on Palm Beach, a premium beachfront al la carte restaurant.
