Metro appoints BDM for MICE
Metro Hotels has appointed Div Grover to the role of business development manager – MICE for Metro Hospitality Group in Australia.
In this newly created role, Div is responsible for building and maintaining the small meetings, incentives, conferences and events business for Metro’s network of properties Australia-wide.
The position reports to Metro Hotel’s national sales and marketing manager Gary Long.
Prior to taking up this position, Div was assistant hotel manager for Waldorf Apartments Auckland; assistant front office manager at Spencer on Byron Hotel in Auckland; and sales and conference coordinator at Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland Airport.
