Thirroul Motel to be Sold
The Thirroul Beach Motel owned by George and Kosta Dimitrovski that closed earlier this month is to be put on the market.
Jamieson Louttit & Associates took possession of the motel after the company defaulted on the mortgage provided by Australian Executor Trustees Limited for both properties.
The Dimitrovskis are also directors of Thirroul Property Holdings, the owners of Austinmer’s troubled Headlands Hotel site.
TPH went into receivership last year with debts of more than $16 million.
The Thirroul Beach Motel was made infamous after Australian artist Brett Whiteley’s body was found there in 1992.
