Change at the top for Mirvac
Mirvac has announced the appointment of Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz as the its chief executive to replace Nick Collishaw.
The change will occur at the end of October, after Susan moves her family from Britain. She is currently managing director Europe at LaSalle Investment Management and has previously held senior roles at Macquarie Group and Lend Lease around the world.
Nick joined Mirvac in 2005 and took over as chief executive three years later. In that time he steered the group through the global financial crisis, when its residential business took a hit as house sales fell.
