Hervey Bay hotel sold
Fraser Coast business identity Warren Persal has acquired the Beach House Hotel at Hervey Bay from Norm Provan for a reported $4 million.
The site on The Esplanade has approval for an eight-storey structure containing 91 units, licensed premises, shops and a restaurant.
Handyhire/Wide Bay Crane Hire boss Mr Persal also owns the Carriers Arms Hotel Motel.
Rugby league great Mr Provan recently sold the Oasis Resort at Caloundra to the Oaks Group.
