Top chef for Palm Cove resort

Aaron Habgood has become the Novotel Palm Cove Resort’s new executive chef.

Aaron has been working in large four and five star hotel restaurants throughout Sydney and the United Kingdom, with his latest role as the executive sous chef at the Shangri-la Hotel Sydney.

Aaron’s exceptional culinary experience includes a twelve month stint at a Michelin Star, 3 AA Rosettes Restaurant in Dorset UK where he was involved in the testing and production of a new range of chocolates for Harrods department store and working with celebrity chefs and BBC radio cooking shows.
