Jupiters names new MD
Jupiters Hotel & Casino has a new managing director. Echo Entertainment Group has announced Aaron Gomes would take on the job after a world-wide search to fill the role.
Aaron worked with MGM Resorts in Las Vegas before leaving in 2007 to open and manage Indiana Live Casino outside of Indianapolis, working for the Cordish Company as senior vice president of operations. In 2009 he became a partner in Gomes Gaming with his father and gaming industry legend Dennis Gomes.
Gomes Gaming has been a partner and held a management contract for Resorts Casino in Atlantic City – the first casino legalised in the United States outside of Nevada.
He replaces Craig Peachey who has been acting MD of Jupiters Gold Coast since February 2012.
