Kooralbyn on the market again
The Kooralbyn Resort in the Gold Coast hinterland is for sale again after a negotiated sale for $25 million fell through in April.
Kooralbyn Resort has 100-rooms plus a 36-room lodge with bars, restaurants, and conference facilities. An 18-hole championship golf course is included and adjacent facilities are also available as an option including an airstrip and an equestrian centre.
There is also the option to buy neighbouring properties including a private airstrip, polo fields, horse race track, stables and International School.
CBRE is now marketing the resort through mortgagee-in-possession, Wellington Capital which took control of it four years ago.
