New GM for Tassie Resort
Justin King has been appointed as the new general manager of Tasmania’s Saffire Freycinet replacing founding general manager Matt Casey, who is now Saffire’s sales and marketing manager for its tourism portfolio.
Justin’s most recent role was general manager of Blue Lagoon Resort in Fiji but he has had experience working for luxury properties in London and Qatar.
Director of tourism, Bernard Dwyer said, “With more than 10 years’ experience in hospitality in boutique, luxury international properties, Justin is an ideal candidate to take the lead in the next stage of the Saffire journey. He is a dedicated professional with a penchant for authentic service and luxury, which is a key pillar of the Saffire brand.”
