New QLD President for ARAMA

Brisbane based resident manager Bill Kemter has been elected as the new Queensland president of the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers of Australia.

Bill, a chartered accountant and licensed real estate agent also has an MBA qualification from the RMIT University and a graduate diploma in accounting and finance from Monash University.

Bill, who is the resident manager for a state heritage listed mixed development wool store complex in Teneriffe with 129 residential apartments and 10 commercial suites, has an extensive international business management career in the property development, construction and resources industries.

He has been president of the Brisbane branch of ARAMA, chairman of the ARAMA Membership Committee and a member of the State Management Committee of ARAMA.

“The resident management industry has a significant role to play in the front line of the development of the Queensland and Australian property and accommodation industry and I look forward to these new challenges and opportunities on behalf of ARAMA and its members,” Bill Kemter said. “We will work closely with all industry stakeholders to achieve professional and lifestyle outcomes for all sectors as a significant player in the economic recovery.”
