New team members at Creswick
Michael Daviss, general manager at Novotel Forest Resort Creswick, has introduced his new team members including a new executive chef, director of sales & marketing and conference sales manager.
Michael is confident that with his new team he has a perfect winning formula and is looking forward to some exciting times ahead at the resort, which is nestled in the Victorian Spa Country between Daylesford and Ballarat.
Albane Mahaut who was born and raised in France, has been appointed director of sales & marketing at the resort. She started her career with Great Hotels of the World and joins the team at Novotel Forest Resort Creswick following two years with Rockford Hotels and most recently as director of sales & marketing at Novotel Rockford Darling Harbour.
Local Daylesford resident, Paul Green, is the new conference sales manager. After completing seven years at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins as concierge, Paul moved into finance for eight years then most recently to a successful career in real estate sales. Paul will be working alongside the two energetic and vibrant conference sales executives – Zoe Petersen and Jennifer Illig.
Gerhard Zitzenbacher, Novotel’s new executive chef, started his career in his native Austria and has worked for Radisson Vienna and most recently Grand Chancellor Christchurch.
