New F&B manager for Novotel Brisbane
Nicole Blums has been appointed as the new food and beverage manager at the 296 room 4½ star Novotel Brisbane.
Nicole brings more than twelve years experience to her role including positions with Hotel Urban Brisbane, Sebel Citigate King George Square, Carlton Crest Hotel and Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club. Prior to commencing at Novotel, Nicole was food and beverage manager at Hotel Urban Brisbane where she focused on banqueting, staff rostering, event sales and management, designing menus, trade shows and stock control.
