Soul development in the hands of receivers
Juniper’s $850 million Soul managed five-star residential tower in Surfers Paradise has been put into receivership.
The Soul tower has 288 luxury apartments with more than $200 million sales already recorded.
PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Michael Fung, Derrick Vickers and Greg Hall have been appointed as receivers and managers of the 77-storey tower. Mr Fung said they would finalise settlements and marketed the unsold apartments.
