Weddings on Parade at Surfers
Former Miss Australia, Georgina Denahy looked stunning on the catwalk at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa last weekend, modelling a bridal gown by award-winning designer, Ann Wilson.
The Bridal Showcase held at the five-star resort by Strictly Bridal, was hosted by Channel Nine’s Eva Milic and attended by more than 80 brides-to-be and guests.
Editor-in-chief of Modern Wedding, Victoria Black was guest speaker and discussed everything from the latest trends to planning tips – fantastic advice for future brides.
A parade by Queensland Top Models was a showcase of beautiful gowns from the Strictly Bridal by Ann Wilson collection, accompanied by stunning jewellery by international award-winning jeweller, John Calleija.
Brides-to-be had the opportunity to walk through beautiful event spaces and room themes at the luxurious resort – one of the Gold Coast’s most sort-after wedding destinations, while one lucky guest took home the ultimate wedding package valued at over $5000 including a wedding gown of their choice and bridesmaid gowns from the Strictly Bridal by Ann Wilson label, one night’s accommodation in an Executive Spa Suite and breakfast for two at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, as well as wedding, hair and make-up by Lattouf Hair and Day Spa.
