New Four Points by Sheraton for Brisbane
Brisbane will have a Four Points by Sheraton by January 2014.
The hotel is being developed by Felicity Hotel P/L, a Malaysian-based company owned by Sam Chong. The 246-room Four Points hotel will be located in a Noel Robinson Architects-designed 32-storey city tower in Mary St.
Starwood’s senior vice-president, acquisition and development, Matthew Fry, said the Strawood had been looking for a new Brisbane property and this will be Brisbane’s first major new hotel in a decade.
“This project is very exciting for us as we know that it is the only purpose-built corporate hotel of its kind currently under development in Brisbane,” said Felicity’s Paul Chong.
GMP Management is project manager for the development.
