Lilianfels appoints group GM

Ralf Bruegger started his new appointment as Lilianfels group general manager in the Blue Mountains this month.

Mr Bruegger will develop an exciting new phase for Lilianfels and sister property Echoes, as well as leading the $50 million transformation of the landmark Hydro Majestic Hotel at Medlow Bath.

Direct from his general manager’s role at Sydney’s Observatory Hotel, Ralf replaces Brian McHenry who fostered positive changes for Lilianfels over two years.

Ralf started his hospitality career in Australia in 2001 as operations manager for the Sebel Pier One in Sydney, where he later became general manager. He then held the same senior management position for the Harbour Rocks Hotel for Mirvac Hotels and Resorts and successfully managed the entire refurbishment of the property.
