Reshuffle at Club Med sales
Madeleine Clow has been appointed Club Med general manager Australia & New Zealand within Club Med’s East and South Asia and Pacific region.
Madeleine has come from within Club Med as multichannel sales & customer service coordination for new and emerging markets. Her 12 years of experience with Club Med in sales roles and, particularly in the Saint-Ouen Call Centre in Paris, as well as her knowledge of new markets, provides a strong base for her new position where her key functions include highlighting the new Club Med brand and continuing to grow the Australia/New Zealand markets.
Madeleine will be based in Sydney and will report directly to Heidi Kunkel.
Quentin Briard, who previously held the position, will be moving to Singapore as VP regional marketing ESAP and sales for South East Asia and will maintain a strong interest in the New Zealand market.
