Sharks’ HQ redevelopment to cost $300m
Woolooware Bay, the Cronulla Sharks $300 million headquarters redevelopment, will include apartments as well as a dining and entertainment precinct, shopping centre, parking for 770 vehicles and medical centre, according to Matt Crews, general manager of Bluestone – development partner for the project.
The 10ha development will have a strong focus on sport, health and fitness. The project application for the 17,500m² retail centre and the residential development application for stage one will be lodged next week.
Plans include opening up the waterfront for recreation and education along with boardwalks and cycleways.
