Watermark unveils refurb and new technology
The Gold Coast’s Watermark Hotel & Spa has more in store for conference groups in 2013 with a recent upgrade to its audio visual facilities, ipad controlled technology and is currently undertaking a major refurbishment of 110 of its rooms.
The Atlantis Ballroom, which breaks down into 3 smaller rooms, offers wireless technology featuring high powered Panasonic data projectors, motorised screens, wireless microphones and presentation audio. Custom designed by XCite Audio Visual, the new technology allows presenters to seamlessly switch from laptop to ipad and DVD content without even leaving the lecturn.
The hotel has invested $1.2 million in a major upgrade of 110 rooms and has these available for conference groups in the hotel.
