Motel proposal for NSW South Coast
A proposal for a $6 million motel with conference facilities in Tallwood Ave, Mollymook on the NSW South Coast is before the Shoalhaven City Council.
Lodged by Molnar Freeman Architects, the application seeks approval for a two level motel-conference facility, rooftop terrace and basement parking.
Shoalhaven mayor Joanna Gash welcomed the application.
