Billi to introduce time saving technology

In the world of facilities management, time efficiency and exceptional customer service are of utmost importance and thanks to the latest innovation from , Billia leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of high quality drinking water and washroom systems, these two attributes are now easily achievable.

Billi is set to add another innovative feature to its already impressive arsenal, launching the Billi Management System that allows service providers and facility managers to monitor the status of every Billi unit on the premises from a single point, saving time, increasing staff satisfaction and providing outstanding customer service. The Billi BMS software is installed to the facility manager’s PC, allowing configuration of individual systems, as well as providing data collections and a single display platform. The state-of-the-art system can also be configured to send email alerts when any of the systems require maintenance, ensuring efficiency in repair and providing customer and staff satisfaction.

“The Billi brand is synonymous with innovation and the new BMS is specifically designed to make facility management more streamlined, “said Billi marketing manager, Katie Jones. “The Billi BMS ensures customer service, with facility managers being made immediately aware of the maintenance requirements on a site and can then proactively book service calls for the client. The system also saves time, assisting in rectifying issues quickly, reducing downtime as well as increasing staff satisfaction through the reduction of complaints.”

Billi’s BMS is available in two options, the first being email alerts only and the second being email alerts as well as the single control point software.

Billi offers award winning boiling and chilled drinking water systems that offer energy and water efficiency benefits, making the systems an essential appliance in commercial and residential kitchens and washrooms.

Both Billi BMS options will be made available this year, with the email alerts only option available to order from 1 August and the email alerts and single control point software option available from 1 September.
