National park site for eco-resort
Scouts New South Wales has agreed to sell a 5.6ha parcel of land adjoining the Royal National Park at Bundeena, south of Sydney to a private company for $325,000.
It is understood the company plans to build an eco-tourism accommodation resort for up to twelve guests.
Scouting New South Wales says it decided to sell the property because it was not being used by local scout groups for scouting purposes.
