BCS to manage The Block
BCS Strata Management has been appointed as the owners corporate manager for 142 Park Street in South Melbourne, better known as The Block Sky High in the TV program.
Chief executive officer Greg Haywood says BCS looks forward to working with the new owners as they settle into their new homes after the 27 July auction.
“On one episode of The Block Sky High, foreman Keith was heard to say that the building was likely to be another iconic building for Melbourne. With its outdoor roof terrace, vertical gardens, six high quality apartments and the fact we’ve all seen it transform before us on TV, it certainly would seem to fit the criteria for being iconic,” says Haywood.
