Sofitel embarks on international recruitment campaign

Sofitel Luxury Hotels has launched a new human resources campaign today via a new online platform at Sofitel-jobs.com, for those wanting to pursue or progress a career in the hospitality industry.

The Sofitel-jobs.com platform has been designed to make job offers more appealing for future applicants but also to facilitate information sharing and the coordination of the community of 27,000 “Ambassadors” (Sofitel staff) across the world. It responds to the ever increasing need for interaction, especially in the field of human resources.

Attractiveness and interactivity are the two watchwords for the new Sofitel-jobs.com platform, where Sofitel provides brand information for anyone looking for job opportunities or an internal transfer. This dedicated online space has been well thought-out and is intuitive, fast and effective, meaning that all web users can quickly find the answers to their questions. Sofitel has set a number of objectives for its new platform, namely attracting new Ambassadors, finding the right job for every application, facilitating transfers and internal mobility while bringing greater visibility to the Sofitel professions.

For this new HR campaign, Sofitel has also produced an animated film and six posters showing ambassador staff members in their working environment. The brand’s social networks, including its Facebook page, are also being used to boost the campaign along with a special “Flash opportunity” – personalised information designed to encourage internal mobility. With this new campaign, Sofitel aims to make the most of the experience and know-how of its ambassadors, from employees to managers, but is also targeting future applicants so that everyone can write their own Magnifique story with Sofitel.
